Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via USPS (please be aware of the current situation and expect small delays). You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped.
Please be sure to check your shipping address as Rare Elements is not responsible for packages delivered to
an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an
incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Rare Elements is not
responsible for shipping charges or fees. We are happy to ship your package back to a different address, but
customers will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
Please be aware that Rare Elements is not responsible for delayed transit times and damaged products once
your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times and/or what happens during transit once
packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed, lost, or arrive damaged, a claim
will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
All "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address
are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
Once packages leave our studio it is no longer our responsibility. Damaged and lost packages will need to be
filed with the shipping carrier as we have no control over what happens during shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via the least expensive method to save you costs. Please note that you, the
international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any should arise). Rare Elements is
not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 7 - 28+ days to
arrive once shipped. Please check given tracking information should you have any questions.
All "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address
are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive
the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any deficiencies that may exist.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with
tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rareelementcrafts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you
a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom
products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you
have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is
accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved
or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can
take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
